Corporate Sustainability Report
Kendall Vegetation Services is proud to release its 2024 Corporate Sustainability Report, a milestone that reflects our continued growth and commitment to responsible corporate governance. Since the merger with Xylem Tree Experts, Kendall has expanded its reach and impact, and with that growth comes the responsibility to acknowledge how our work affects the environment, economy, and communities we serve. This report offers a transparent view into the ways we manage that responsibility with purpose and accountability.
The 2024 report highlights several key initiatives: reducing nearly 600 tons of CO₂ through smarter fleet operations, launching a pilot program to test electric-powered equipment, and maintaining our long-term goal of cutting carbon emissions in half by 2050. It also showcases more than $17 million in diverse supplier engagement and the expansion of our strategic spend program, helping ensure our vendor partnerships reflect the communities in which we operate. At Kendall, safety remains at the core of everything we do, supported by industry-leading training and a strong internal culture built on honesty, trust, and high standards of care.
Beyond these strategic efforts, we are equally focused on community engagement, working to restore and support the areas where we live and work through consistent, transparent outreach. Our own goals are grounded in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which provide a global framework for advancing health, equity, and environmental responsibility. We invite our customers, partners, and peers to read the full report and learn more about how Kendall is shaping the future of vegetation management through integrity, innovation, and impact.
