Advancing the Industry: Randolph Hoover Joins TCIA Board of Directors 

The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) has appointed Randolph Hoover, CEO of XKIG, to its 2026 Board of Directors. Confirmed during the organization’s February meeting, Hoover brings more than three decades of experience and a strong focus on advancing the vegetation management industry. 

For Kendall Vegetation Services, part of the XKIG portfolio of companies, this milestone highlights a shared commitment to operational excellence, safety, and providing reliable solutions for our utility partners. 

Under Hoover’s leadership, XKIG has expanded into a nationwide infrastructure services organization, built on disciplined operations and a values-driven culture.
